Quantum Remote I/O Metallic Cable System

This is the TDR trace that shows the original cable system on a recent project that Delta Automation, Inc. was tasked with repairing. This system shows many issues: excessive dB losses, poor splices, poor connections and terminations.

This is the TDR trace from the same system AFTER Delta’s engineers reconfigured, and re-terminated the cables. The system now shows none of the issues of the earlier trace.

The client has had zero issues and retries on this system since! The client has had problems with this system for many years and was convinced that the Modicon remote I/O system was not a reliable network. Delta’s engineers convinced the client that they could repair the system and prove that it could be made a reliable and robust system if the system was installed and tested correctly. The results made a believer out of the client!

Let Delta Automation, Inc. inspect, certify and repair your Modicon remote I/O, or Modbus Plus networks and eliminate errors, lost data, slow response times and out right system failures.
